What does an Astrology Coach actually do?
Similar to a Life Coach, an Astrology Coach guides their clients in a number of ways! I love to help people understand their natural strengths and how to use them to make their dreams come true, as well as guiding them in using their power to navigate challenges, all while providing a listening ear and an unbiased perspective on your life’s situation.
The difference is that an Astro Coach does this primarily through the lens of astrology; using your natal chart to help you understand the energies you were born with and how to work with them to your advantage. Through your natal chart, we can see what direction you should head towards to bring you the most emotional fulfillment, what type of career would most excite you, what type of people you attract without trying and what type of relationship might best suit you.
Astrology is multi-layered, and the amount of personal information in your natal chart is endless.
And…what exactly is a Natal Chart?
Our universe is ever expanding, and in constant motion. Every planet and asteroid is orbiting at different speeds and patterns, and all those celestial bodies have different energies.
Your natal chart is a snapshot of our solar system at the exact moment you were born. Divided into 12 houses, each house is ruled by a different constellation, i.e Aries, Taurus, Gemini….and each of those constellations brings their own energy to your chart. Additionally, every planet and asteroid has their own unique energy, and was sitting in one of those houses at the time of your birth, forming a specific angle to the sun, moon, other planets and asteroids.
Astrology is the study of how all of these celestial energies influence our life’s experience, and your Natal Chart is a blue print of who you are, who you’ve been, and how you can most easily get to where you want to be.

During these coaching sessions we can work on any topics of your choice, with or without your natal.
Whether you would like to get better at consciously using Law of Attraction to create the life you want, or if you'd like to learn how to read and interpret a natal chart; if you are looking for a change in your career and would like help with your resume, interview prep, or have any other idea that you would like a unbiased person to talk with, we can cover any ground you can think of.

Synastry Chart Reading
Using both partners’ natal charts, I will dig into the relationship dynamics between two people, looking specifically at attraction, communication, friction points and more to help you better understand your partner.
Both partners welcome to attend, but not required

ABOUT LAUREN
An intuitive empath since early childhood, Lauren is able to deeply understand the feelings, thinking, and motivations of others. This ability helps her clients feel understood and allows for deep connections. Lauren has studied astrology for over 30 years, has been consciously practicing Law of Attraction since 2012, and has been coaching professionally since 2019.
In her sessions, she uses a combination of astrology, intuition and principles of law of attraction to prepare and guide her clients through all types of life situations.
She also has over 20 years of recruiting experience in Tech, and is skilled in interview prep, resume revision and helping people find meaningful work.
Lauren uses Placidus Astrology in her readings, with a focus on nodes and asteroids.
